Our service is very much relationship driven and at our first no cost meeting we will review the background, experience and qualifications of the principal consultant you will be working with. We will also cover the material required from you to conduct a successful campaign and preview the Regal Campaign Manual which is your workbook for the campaign. The purpose of this meeting is to determine if the service is correct for you and your circumstances.
Following a mutual decision to partner, the next meeting will be an in-depth interview intended for us to get to know you and your goals and objectives both short and long term.
Subsequent steps will include:
Writing a professional resume that will be used as your primary marketing tool.
Establishing a strategy to utilize the resume and Regal Campaign Manual to develop opportunities.
Utilize the Regal network for possible introductions to potential opportunities.
Coaching on interview skills and preparation.
Evaluate offers and assist in negotiations.
Regal's relationship with its clients is ongoing and renewable at no charge. We have been especially successful in assisting clients to prepare for promotion opportunities, structure compensation plans and negotiate severance agreements.
